Living Lab

Welcome to the ICOPER living lab! Here we aim at providing a space where communities of users are engaged in on-going R&D, where collaboration and interaction among all the stakeholders takes place to cultivate and enrich new ideas to promote dialogue among eContent end-users and stakeholders. All eContent players are invited and encouraged to participate in the shaping of ICOPER recommendations to standards bodies.

What you can find here:

eLearning Standards
ICOPER project addresses eLearning standards concerning issues such as exchange of competency models and learning outcomes, collaboration around learning designs, integration of content via federated search and harvesting, reuse of instructional models and content in learning deliver environments, interoperability of item banks for assessment and evaluation.
A comprehensive standards list with further information can be found at the Discourse Tool standards section.

Further information about currently ongoing activity about standards can be found at the Learning Technology Standards Observatory

eContent Repositories

ICOPER project is working on granting access to a number of eContent repositories where eContent players may have access to resources that guide them throughout the eContent development process. Early access is granted from here, please take into account this is an on-going activity.

Links to Experts and Consultants and Networking

The ICOPER Living Lab aims at promoting and supporting people’s networking. Under this perspective we highlight the Learning Technology Standards Observatory.
An ICOPER group on Linkedin has been created with the aim to promote projects results enhancing people contacts via networking and discussions, by exploiting the “viral” potential offered by the network.

SIGs & communities of practice

SIGs (Special Interest Groups) have a great importance for bringing together the stakeholder groups, organizing community building events such as workshops, learning cafes, virtual meetings and online seminars, and also reporting on the outcomes resulting from the stakeholders networking events. We hightlight the Competency SIG.

Events
Best Practices and standards are nowadays a hot topic for eLearning. Several events take place continuously all across the world, we highlight some events at the following links:
- Events from the web site
- Events from the ICOPER Training Infrastructure
