ICOPER has published final reports

ICOPER is proud to announce the publication of its final reports on issues like:

Implementation of 2nd generation of Open ICOPER Content Space including integration mini case studies
Implementation and validation of a standardized model for learning needs analysis and the provision of learning opportunities
Usage of and recommendations for instructional modeling specifications
Recommendations for extending effective reuse, embodied in the ICOPER CD&R
Usage of IMS-LD for communication and collaboration services
Best practice guidelines for assessment and evaluation specifications and standards

ICOPER Webinar Series: Implementing Standards to Develop Interoperable eContent for Performance in a Competency-driven Society

The ICOPER project, funded by the European Commission, invites you to participate in a series of five international webinars designed to train the general education public on key concepts driving the design process for implementing standards to support the creation, implementation, and re-use of outcome-based eContent. The final webinar will provide a hands-on opportunity to understand how specialised applications for outcome-based education can play together.

A new ICOPER Suitability Report for Better Practice addresses guidelines for integrating instructional models with open educational content using IMS Learning Design. The report, which is a tough read for people not used to the standardization community jargon using lots of acronyms, concludes with the following recommendations:
